Our Dental Discount Plan

We have several discount plans available for patients without insurance. Our annual subscription fees cover any needed cleanings, exams, and x-rays, and 20% off all other services!

In-House Financing

NO INSURANCE? NO PROBLEM

Learn about our dental discount plan, designed
for our patients with no dental insurance benefits.

How does it work?

You pay an annual subscription fee to participate in the discount plan. The subscription fee covers any needed cleanings, exams, and X-rays, and 20% off all other services! 

Standard Plan

This plan includes:
  • 2 Regular cleanings
  • 2 Regular exams
  • Any needed X-Rays
  • Includes 1 emergency exam, if needed
  • 2 fluoride treatments for patients under the age of 18
  • Plus 20% off our regular fees for ANY needed dental world

Other Plans:

Tier #2
Includes 3 cleanings per year, plus all of the benefits on the standard plan!

Tier #3

Includes 4 cleanings per year, plus all of the benefits on the standard plan!

Fees for services provided must be paid at the time of service by cash, check, or credit card (No CareCredit or other similar financing)

Perio Package

For the first year for patients with periodontal disease who require deep scaling and root planing (deep cleaning). Tier 3 thereafter.

Lafayette Dental Associates is a great place to go to the dentist. From the moment you walk in until you leave you encounter friendly people (from the front desk staff to the hygienists and the dentist) who make you feel comfortable at the dentists.
